The Ultimate Health Hack: AI For Health & Nutrition
How I Scraped A Million Dollar Health Plan For Myself
If you haven’t heard of Bryan Johnson yet, here’s the lowdown. This guy has spent over $2million creating what he calls the “Blueprint Protocol” a comprehensive, data-driven approach to radically optimize his health and extend his lifespan. Johnson’s mission, fueled by his success as an entrepreneur (notably, the sale of his company Braintree to PayPal for $800 million), has transitioned towards achieving superlative health and reversing his biological age. The Blueprint Protocol encompasses an elaborate regimen of daily measurements, a plant-based diet meticulously planned for nutritional optimization, a tailored supplement stack, and rigorous physical and cognitive exercises. Johnson's experiment, which is self-funded and meticulously documented, aims not just to extend life, but to push the boundaries of human health and performance, challenging the inevitabilities of aging. Through his journey, Bryan has become a leading figure in the biohacking community, advocating for a future where we can all potentially dictate the terms of our health and longevity.
Luckily for us, Bryan posts about everything. He publicly shares his fitness routine, recipes, diet, and routines for every aspect of his life that are scientifically backed, making his journey an open book for anyone interested in biohacking and personal health optimization. Through his detailed documentation on social media and his website, Johnson not only offers a blueprint for others to follow but also invites a broader conversation about the potential of human optimization. His transparency provides a valuable resource for both enthusiasts and skeptics alike, offering a real-world case study on the impacts of intense self-monitoring and intervention. By sharing his successes and setbacks, Bryan Johnson demystifies the process of biohacking, encouraging others to take informed steps towards their health and longevity goals, armed with data and a pioneering spirit.
But there’s a problem.
The problem with Bryan’s content is that I am not the same weight, height or even gender to follow his protocol to a tee. In fact, doing so might be detrimental to my own health. So I decided I would find a way to manipulate the data to tailor programmes and protocols that are more suitable to me.
I went to his website, YouTube channel and hunted down every resources I could find. I got his videos transcribed, I pulled podcast episodes and I pulled his blueprint, tests and everything in between. I then put all of that into a CustomGPT in OpenAI.
Now I have my very own Bryan Johnson personal assistant. I can ask him questions about what he does for different areas of his health, but even better is that I can leverage AI to re-tailor that advice to me.
Here’s how I do it:
Step 1: I ask “How Bryan” does something. For example here I ask about his nutritional intake.
Step 2: I then ask for the information to be more tailored to me, a 31 year old woman.
Step 3: I then go a layer deeper when I want to find out even more. For example, as a woman I will require less calories than Bryan, so I can ask to make that adjustment.
Step 4: Don’t forget that AI is like a personal assistant, ask it to do everything you need to keep you on track, even if it’s as simple as a shopping list:
It’s amazing that we live in an age, where we can create these tools based on any information available to us. This is just one example.
You can have your very own Elon Musk, Steve Jobs or anyone you want to have as a personal assistant when it comes to these tools. Leverage these to reach your goals. This is the next best thing to chatting to world class mentors in each industry. If you want to try our the Bryan Johnson Custom GPT, click the button below.
Remember, I am not a doctor, and this AI tool is just a bit of fun. Always consult with a medical practitioner before following any advice like this. This is a tool I am using to help me experiment with my nutrition and fitness and isn’t direct advice for you or others.
All i get is a message that interaction with this GPT is not allowed. Any ideas why?
Thanks
